I am a law professor and political scientist whose work examines the impact of globalization on social and political institutions. I teach courses on corporate law and governance, capital markets, corporate finance, international finance and international labor rights. I consult with and advise a wide range of organizations in the public and private sector on issues related to my research and teaching. Prior to teaching I practiced corporate law in New York and Silicon Valley for five years. In addition to my legal experience I have an extensive background in the labor movement.
